An MO costs $8 at the bank, $1.25 at the Post Office, or 70 cents at Wal-Mart. I went to Wal-Mart&#8230; albeit I just googled area prices and apparently Safeway grocery stores offer them for 59 cents. And 11 pennies spent is 11 pennies not saved.
