<\/a><\/p>\nI’ve checked the weather — it’s gonna be a little colder than here in Orlando. But the race itself is on Saturday in Stockholm… and doesn’t start until 12 noon. So good temps for running and before the rain… but sightseeing on Sunday might be a bit wet. Might make for a perfect excuse to hang out in a pub.<\/p>\n

But if you expand the definition to a linguistic meaning, namely to encompass places that speak Scandanavian languages, Denmark has to be included.<\/p>\n As for Finalnd? Well…<\/p>\n “The Scandinavian Peninsula is a large peninsula reaching west from northern Europe over the north side of the Baltic Sea. Norway, Sweden and some of Finland are on this peninsula. However, Denmark, but not Finland, is seen as part of Scandinavia in the ethic sense.
