In 2015, I ran a 5K in downtown Orlando wearing a turkey costume.<\/p>\n

In 2016, I did it again<\/a> in a cooked turkey costume.<\/a><\/p>\n

Last year I was in Myanmar for Thanksgiving and was running the Bagan Temple Marathon<\/a>.<\/p>\n

This year I was too cheap to pay the $25 to get a bib for an early 5K turkey trot downtown… so I decided to run my own.<\/p>\n

Thus I give you the 1st Ever Run Kevin Run Dot Com Turkey Trot Ten Miler.<\/p>\n

It’s important to stretch before trotting.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The results? Six incredulous looks from passing cars, 5 smiles\/nods\/words of appreciation from fellow runners, 3 honks, and 2 thumbs up.<\/p>\n

And also room for seconds tonight at Thanksgiving Dinner.<\/p>\n
