Whoops. I goofed.<\/p>\n

I awoke this morning in a panic sweat, mumbling through the memory of REM, “Idiot! It’s not 2019 YET!”<\/p>\n

Turns out I put the wrong year on the Run Elf Run graphic and said it was Run Elf Run 2019. Of course, it’s still 2018. My only defense is that I very often seem to be longing to live in the future… although just as often I long to be in the past. Rarely am I into the present.<\/p>\n

For example, come January 1st, I will inevitably write the year as such-ity such day of suchity such month, 2018,. It’ll take ages before I’m comfortable writing “19” on my checks or correspondence. And yet, on december 25, 2018, I had no problem leapfrogging into the future.<\/p>\n
