Dehydration is still a thing. Nutritional choices is today&#8217;s thing. I&#8217;ve been far too permissive of indulgences and, um, less than stellar food options. I&#8217;m heavy. And I&#8217;m feeling it. And so beginning July 1st, the halfway point of 2016 (how the hell did that happen?!), I&#8217;m making a mid-year resolution to redouble my efforts on the fundamentals of running, of life. Eating a little healthier. Smaller portions, maybe grazing. Drinking more water and (gulp) perhaps a LITTLE less Diet Coke. Focusing on cleaning up a few things personal, emotional, and physical that have been naggingly left to seed.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s the intent anyway. Resolutions are all well and good, intentions are all well and good, but action?
