{"id":38482,"date":"2021-06-13T17:45:57","date_gmt":"2021-06-13T21:45:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.runkevinrun.com\/?p=38482"},"modified":"2021-06-13T17:45:57","modified_gmt":"2021-06-13T21:45:57","slug":"start-again","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/runkevinrun.com\/?p=38482","title":{"rendered":"Start (Again)"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ugh.<\/p>\r\n<p>I managed to get up and lace up.<\/p>\r\n<p>I managed to get out the door.<\/p>\r\n<p>I managed to jog&#8230; briefly.<\/p>\r\n<p>And then I managed to walk quite a bit longer.<\/p>\r\n<p>It wasn&#8217;t a good walk&#8230; and it definitely wasn&#8217;t a good run. \u00a0It was less than half the distance of what I hoped to do.<\/p>\r\n<p>But one has to start (again) somewhere.<\/p>\r\n<p>It&#8217;s disheartening to start (again) from the backslid plateau. To have been higher up the mountain and now to look at the height from below? It&#8217;s&#8230; rough.<\/p>\r\n<p>I&#8217;ve started the climb (again). And tomorrow I&#8217;ll try and climb a bit more.<\/p>\r\n<p>It&#8217;s the only way to claw my way back up.<\/p>\r\n<p>But it&#8217;s awfully hard.<\/p>\r\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ugh.
